Wanting to wow your guests and go a little gourmet this year for your festive feast? Head to the free Airport Village Masterclass Weekend on Saturday 10 and Sunday 11 December.
With celebrity chef Alastair McLeod running the show, the weekend will demonstrate to Brisbane foodies and novices how to cook-up a fabulous Christmas feast including easy entrees and magnificent mains.
Dan Murphy's will be there to assist on the day supplying perfectly-matched complimentary wine to match the food samples. James St Cooking School and Novotel Executive Chef, Daniel Gough will also be there to share their tips and tricks in an interactive and practical cooking demonstration.
Audience members will be able to join in the fun with fun challenges and fantastic prizes available including a $200 dining voucher and an abundance of Villery and Boch homewares. The Christmas Feast Masterclass Weekend will be held from 11am to 1:30pm on Saturday 10 and Sunday 11 December near the entrance to Woolworths at The Village Markets, opposite DFO.
