Since launching in September last year, womens and mens fashion label Trenery has become known for its simplicity, chic style and well-edited collection of garments. Created by the team behind iconic Australian retailer Country Road, Trenery is about a modern approach to classic style with well-crafted clothing, accessories and footwear for the 40-plus demographic.
There’s an underlying nautical theme to the womens collection in-store this month. Expect to see striped tops, oversized tees and dresses that can be worn back with cropped canvas jeans, wide drawstring linen pants, shirt-dresses and blouson jackets in a jaunty palette of red, white and blue with highlights of emerald green.
Military style also gets a look in for summer with warm fatigue hues and trenchcoats, alongside feminine paisley prints and polkadots on easy-wearing dresses. Accessorise with striped ballet flats, rope detail sandals, espadrilles, soft scarves and luxurious leather satchels and weekender totes.
Men will be able to choose casual attire in soft cotton and linen tailoring with sporty accents like vintage-inspired printed boardshorts and polos. Dress up with dark jeans and Italian linen chambray shirts, and finish with suede desert boots, leather sneakers and supple leather weekend carryalls.
